The plot of the novel is fabricated round a search in the Wasgamuwa conserved forest by a team of young men . They were in search of some precious archaeological treasure which could have been the ‘prey’ of the treasure hunters. Before writing the plot, I had to collect information about Wasgamuwa forest. This information is mixed with the flow and the incidents of the plot.
